|
Main points of the Suncar car rental contract:
RATES
Rates quoted in US$ and include 250km per day or 4500km per month and insurances CDW LDW PAI TP (see insurances)
for S group cars rates are for 120km per day or 2000km per month.
Rates may be changed at any time unless you placed your order.
Rates in NIS already include VAT and are for israeli citizens only.
RENTER DETAILS AND USE OF THE CAR
The renter will be 24-75 years old, will show to Suncar a valid driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience and a valid international credit card for guarantee.
The renter will not cross the Israeli border.
The renter will not give the car or the car keys to any third party besides registered driver(s) on the contract.
V.A.T.
VAT is due by law on all amounts.
Tourists with a valid B2, B3 or B4 visa are VAT exempted on car rental charge for private cars only.(not on commercial cars, minivans and other items than car rental).
SUPPLEMENTS
Airport supplements at office hours are already included in the quotation if you specified the pick-up and return point in your request
- Aiport delivery supplement out of office hours: 50 US$
- Airport return after offices hours will be charged till reopening of the office
- First baby-seat: 5$ per day free from second):
- Second driver: 8$ per day (free from third driver)
- Special delivery/drop-off: 3$ per km from the next Suncar office
FUEL
Clients are requested to return the car full of fuel as they received it to prevent a suplementary charge of filling service
GPS
Multilinguage gramin GPS are available at rate of 10$ per day ( maximum charge 90$)
INSURANCES
Suncar comprehensive insurance coverage is limited to the contract conditions and includes:
CDW +TP= collision damage waiver +Theft protection
LDW= Liability damage waiver(=third part coverage)
PAI = Personal insurance (driver and passengers protection)
All coverages exclude a deductible in case of event (excess):
C-E groups : 2310 NIS
F-G-P-V-S groups : 2850 NIS
H and M groups : 3290 NIS
L group : 3730 NIS
SUPER-CDW = Excess waiver is available upon certain conditions at supplement of 20% of the rental fee upon agreement of the company. Please enquiry.

Fridays and holidays'eve: 10:00 am - 01:00 pm 10:30am - 12:30 am
all offices closed on Saturday and israeli bank days
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Final confirmation of your booking will be sent by Suncar through email. Procedures of delivery and drop-off at BenGurion airport will be sent if needed. Cancellation can be made 3 working days prior to the reservation date at no charge.
Within this limit, cancellation will be charged at the cost of 2 rentals days as per the quotation
